1. Travel Planning & Reservations — Tag Along Travel acts as a travel advisor/intermediary and arranges services provided by independent travel suppliers.
2. Pricing & Availability — Prices, promotions, availability, taxes and fees can change until a reservation and required payment are confirmed.
3. Payments — Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all reservation details and making required payments by applicable deadlines.
4. Changes & Cancellations — Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies, penalties and fees of the applicable travel supplier. Include any agency-specific cancellation or planning fees here if you establish them.
5. Travel Insurance — Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients who decline coverage accept the financial risks associated with cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage and other circumstances that may not be refundable by suppliers.
6. Passports, Visas & Travel Requirements — Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the correct passports, identification, visas and other documentation required for their trip and for verifying current entry, health and destination requirements.
7. Traveler Information — Names, birth dates and other traveler information must be provided accurately and should match government-issued travel documents. Clients are responsible for reviewing confirmations and promptly reporting errors.
8. Travel Suppliers — Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers and other suppliers are independent entities. Their own terms and conditions also apply to reservations.
9. Events Beyond Our Control — Tag Along Travel LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes or other circumstances outside the agency's reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability / Indemnification — This is where we should use carefully drafted language appropriate for your business rather than overly broad boilerplate.
11. Electronic Communications & Signatures — Electronic approvals, acknowledgments and signatures may be used in connection with travel planning and reservations.
12. Governing Law — Because Tag Along Travel LLC is a Michigan business, this should be drafted appropriately for Michigan law.
